At Frasers Property, our experience is our greatest asset, and a well-skilled workforce is key to our continued success. That’s why we’re committed to supporting staff for at least 40 hours of training and development each year. Our global team of in-house learning specialists partner our business to identify the right training interventions to equip staff with the right capabilities for today’s needs and tomorrow’s challenges, such as design thinking, placemaking, and innovation.
