FCOT invests primarily in quality income-producing commercial office properties. Its current portfolio comprises five quality office buildings and a business space building located in Singapore and Australia. As at 31 December 2017, the portfolio represented a combined appraised value of approximately S$2.1 billion.
FCOT was listed on the main board of the Singapore Stock Exchange on 30 March 2006 and is managed by Frasers Commercial Asset Management Ltd (The Manager), which is a subsidiary of Frasers Property Limited.
The Manager continuously focuses on creating and delivering long-term value for Unitholders, tenants, employees and the community through proactive asset management, prudent capital and risk management approach and yield accretive acquisitions.
